About Ace Workflow

Ace Workflow is a New York Airtable consultancy, a Gold Partner for more than five years, that sells Airtable as an operations engine with AI in it. It builds with Airtable's own AI features, Omni and field agents, to read documents, extract data and run multi-step processes, connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Jira, Google Workspace and PandaDoc, and writes custom scripts where native integrations stop. Its homepage makes the case in arithmetic: an operator paid $200,000 a year doing $20-an-hour work.

It publishes results with names on them. For Maximum Effort, Ryan Reynolds' agency, it reports more than 120 hours a week returned to creative work and project setup cut from hours to under five minutes. For Tishman Speyer it reports more than 3,000 procurement applications processed. It has 100 reviews at 4.9 on Airtable's partner directory and states more than 200 organizations served.

The rest of the record is thinner. Clutch shows a 2018 founding, 2 to 9 people and a $5,000 minimum, with no reviews; Airtable's directory lists it at 15 to 1,000 people. The logos of Google, Disney and Amazon on its profile come with no described project.

Our verdict

Ace Workflow suits a team that wants Airtable with AI doing real work inside it, and it publishes some of the most concrete outcomes in this ranking: hours returned per week and applications processed, for named clients.

The cautions are size and corroboration. Clutch puts it at under ten people with no reviews, and the enterprise logos beside its name carry no project.

Ask how the AI steps are tested and monitored before they run unattended.

  • 100 reviews at 4.9 on Airtable's partner directory
  • States its entry point: a $5,000 minimum project on Clutch

Cons

  • Clutch shows a team of 2 to 9 and no reviews, against 15 to 1,000 people on Airtable's directory.
