Every listing is written by us from public sources. 151 of the 229 carry a third-party rating we opened and read, 143 publish a price or a price band, and every one carries at least one drawback, 864 in all. No agency pays to appear and no position can be bought. The rankings last recalculated on 26 October 2026; how they are calculated is on the methodology page.

Most agencies that ask to be listed are turned down. A listing here is written by us from sources anyone can check, and an agency with nothing checkable behind it would be listed on its own word, which is what the directories we set out to be an alternative to already do. The bar is stated on the submission page before anyone applies, and it applies to every agency that comes to us, including ones we would otherwise have liked to list.

Why agencies are declined

• Fewer than three reviews we could open and read on Clutch, G2, DesignRush or Trustpilot, with Google reviews counted at 0.3 each. 17 of 26
• AI is a minor line inside a business that does something else, with no AI-specific work published. 7 of 26
• Claims that did not reconcile across the agency's own pages and the directories it uses. 2 of 26

The review bar is a floor, and it is deliberately low: three reviews on a public profile that we can open and read. It is there because a self-submitted agency is the one kind of listing where the evidence has been chosen by the agency itself, and three verified reviews is the least an outside reader could be expected to accept. Clearing it does not guarantee a listing. The record below includes agencies that cleared it and were still declined, for claims their own pages did not agree with, or for asking to be ranked as an AI agency with no AI practice behind the request.

What a declined agency can do

Get the reviews, publish the work with names and figures, and apply again. Every decline says so, and every decline invites the agency back in three months. Nothing about a decline is held against a later application; the second review starts from the record as it stands then.
