About Artium
Artium is an agentic AI consultancy founded in 2019 by Ross Hale and two partners from Pivotal Software, based in Santa Monica with more than 80 people. AlixPartners acquired it in August 2026, and it now runs as a separate agentic deployment unit inside that firm. It builds production agents with forward-deployed engineers and teaches client teams agentic engineering, with Claude Code enablement as one offer.
