The automation count it claims is 6,000+ and 5,000+ on its homepage, 1,000+ on its About page and Clutch, 7,000+ on Make's directory and 15,000+ on Zapier's, and some case study results, such as replacing a team of 30 people at WeBuildCoaches, come with no explanation. None of the case studies uses an AI model, though an AI Solution service is listed. The newest Clutch review is from January 2024, and the newest Zapier review has no content. It publishes no prices, and its Google listing and DesignRush profile have no reviews.

The case for it is four named case studies that describe what was built, from e-sign onboarding for a law firm to five custom API syncs for a garage door company, with Zapier Platinum status and a $100 minimum spend on Zapier's directory.
The caution is the firm's own figures. Its automation count ranges from 1,000+ to 15,000+ depending on where it is stated, its yearly savings claim is $1M in one place and $2M+ in another, and several case study results are large and unexplained, so check any figure with a client reference. The three Clutch reviews are from 2023 and 2024 and all under $10,000.
A buyer who wants AI models inside the workflow should look elsewhere; no case study here uses one.
