About AY Automate

AY Automate sells AI agents, RAG systems, workflow automation, SaaS MVPs, AI strategy and training, and embedded AI engineers placed in two to four weeks from $60,000 a year. It is led by co-founders Walid Boulanouar, CEO, and Adel Dahani, CTO, with David Arnaux listed as a co-founder leading enterprise strategy. Clutch places it at a Casper, Wyoming address whose unit number is a mail-forwarding format, with a second location in Brussels; the site says it is remote-first and publishes a French version, and a freelance profile places the founder in Paris. Its stack spans n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude Code, Cursor, MCP, OpenAI, Supabase, Next.js and Pinecone, with most builds in custom code.

Its client stories name around forty companies, several with figures: a WhatsApp support agent for Qatar Tourism handling a stated 80% of queries without a human, over 1,200 assets classified for Just Russel, and roughly €1.3M of revenue over six months attributed to an operations cockpit and e-invoicing automation for Pilote EMC. Two of its five full case studies run on n8n. Clutch shows 5.0 from 4 reviews, covering AI agents for Portless and Just Russel, SEO and Google Ads for Weeve, and app development for EasyClick. It publishes partial prices: a single workflow from the low four figures, embedded engineers from $60,000 a year, and a first month it says is fully refundable.

The outside record is four Clutch reviews posted within four weeks in August and September 2026; Google and Trustpilot listings exist with no reviews. The five full case studies are anonymized, and two carry a client background box describing a different client from the story. No legal entity is named on the site or in its terms, which cite unspecified US law. Its n8n and Make certification claims are not reflected in either vendor's directory, client counts on the site range from 30 to 45, and its founding year is 2022 on Clutch against a founder role dated October 2024.

Our verdict

AY Automate suits a startup or mid-sized company that wants AI agents or n8n automations built, or an AI engineer embedded in its own team, and can work with a thin outside record.

The case for it is the range of named work and published entry terms: around forty client stories, some with figures such as 80% of Qatar Tourism support queries handled without a human, a single workflow priced from the low four figures, and a first month it says is fully refundable.

The caution is that little can be checked. Its four Clutch reviews arrived within four weeks, its full case studies are anonymized and two describe the wrong client, and no legal entity is named, so a buyer cannot see whom it would contract with.

A buyer who wants a fixed-scope build should confirm it is buying a project; much of the firm's offer is embedded engineers from $60,000 a year.

Pros

  • Around forty named client stories, some with figures: 80% of Qatar Tourism support queries handled without a human, roughly $18,000 a year saved
  • Publishes entry terms on its own site: a single workflow from the low four figures, embedded engineers from $60,000 a year, a free audit call and a refundable first month
  • Clutch 5.0 from 4 reviews, with the most common project size at $10,000-$49,999
  • Builds across n8n, Make and custom code on Next.js and Supabase, with retrieval on Pinecone

Cons

  • Thin outside record: four Clutch reviews, all posted between 2026-08-14 and 2026-09-08, and nothing else independent.
  • No legal entity is named on the site or in its terms, and the US address on Clutch is a mail-forwarding box in Casper, Wyoming.
  • The five full case studies are anonymized, and two carry a client background box describing a different client from the story told.
  • Much of the offer is embedded engineers from $60,000 a year, a different product from a fixed-scope automation build.
  • Says it is certified in n8n and Make, but neither vendor's partner directory lists it.
