About debesis

debesis is a Zapier and Make consultancy in The Hague, founded in 2019 by Mohammad Zubair Sadiek, who has used Zapier since 2014. It is registered with the Dutch chamber of commerce (KvK 75679221) and appears to be a sole proprietorship; Zapier's directory gives 2-4 employees, and every testimonial names the founder. It builds Zapier and Make workflows, troubleshoots existing ones one to one, builds public Zapier and Make app integrations for SaaS companies, and sells its own connectors for Dutch accounting and inventory software such as Exact Online, SnelStart, Jortt and Picqer. An Academy of courses is on a waitlist.

It is a Zapier Platinum Solution Partner, verified on Zapier's directory, where it shows 4.9 from 26 reviews describing workflow fixes, a reservation-to-finance workflow and a SaaS company's Zapier integration. Its own site carries eight named testimonials. Service work has a $1,000 minimum spend on Zapier's directory, and the site prices its connector products, such as the Exact Online connector for Zapier at €39 a month excluding VAT, cancellable monthly.

There is no case study, no client result and no service price on the site. The newest Zapier review is from March 2025. A Google place exists at its address but its score could not be read, and there is no Clutch, Trustpilot, G2 or DesignRush profile. The site's badges lag the record: it shows Zapier Gold where Zapier now lists Platinum, and its Make Silver badge links to a directory page that no longer exists. No AI service is offered.

Our verdict

debesis suits a Dutch business that needs Zapier or Make connected to local accounting or inventory software, or a SaaS company that wants its own Zapier or Make integration built.

The case for it is specialization: Zapier Platinum status, 26 Zapier directory reviews at 4.9, connectors of its own for Exact Online, SnelStart and other Dutch software, and a founder who has worked with Zapier since 2014.

The caution is that it is one person. The business is a sole proprietorship, every review names the founder, there is no published case study or service price, and the newest review is from March 2025. Ask about cover during absences and support after the build.

A buyer who wants AI built into its workflows should look elsewhere; debesis offers none.

Pros

  • Zapier Platinum Solution Partner, verified on Zapier's directory, with 4.9 from 26 reviews there
  • Sells its own Zapier and Make connectors for Dutch software, including an Exact Online connector at €39 a month
  • Builds public Zapier and Make app integrations for SaaS companies
  • Founded in 2019 by a founder who has used Zapier since 2014

Cons

  • A one-person business in practice: a sole proprietorship whose every review and testimonial names the founder, so capacity and continuity rest on him.
  • No case study, client result or service price on its own site; the evidence is short directory reviews and testimonials.
  • The newest outside review is from March 2025, and there is no Clutch, Google, Trustpilot, G2 or DesignRush rating that could be read.
  • No AI offering, so it fits plain Zapier and Make work only.
