The AI search record is a small part of a conventional SEO and paid-media business, and its figures do not reconcile: the Kiwi.com case labels a 37-point move as +37%, and the Giacomo Conti headline of a 42% Brand Score increase does not match the body. No AI case names the prompt set or the tool used to measure it. A 0.5-star Clutch review from 2024 alleges missed timeframes, unanswered calls and AI-generated articles presented as written work, and a 1.0 DesignRush review alleges low-quality backlinks. It publishes no prices on its own site.

The caution is that AI search is one line among six, about 7 of 67 cases, and its figures are inconsistent within the same case studies and measured on prompt sets it does not publish. Two detailed negative reviews allege missed timelines, AI-written articles and weak backlinks.
A buyer who wants a firm whose main business is AI search, with a measurement method it can reproduce, should look elsewhere.
