About Exelor

Exelor presents itself as an AI automation agency, under the footer name "Exelor Automation Agency" and with no legal entity, address or registration on its site. Clutch dates it to 2019 and gives a Plovdiv, Bulgaria headquarters with a second team in Kharkiv, Ukraine; DesignRush lists Kharkiv as the headquarters. Its about page names Andrey Mazepa (CEO), Sergey Zadrikin (COO) and Serhii Yelbaiev (CMO). Until recently it was a Flutter app studio, and DesignRush still describes it that way; its AI writing starts in December 2025.

The current offer is built around its own EAAF framework (audit, model, automate, enable, measure), with BPMN orchestration on Camunda or Operaton, custom agents on LangGraph, LangChain and Prefect, and a lighter n8n tier. The published work is a set of anonymized case snapshots; one, a facility management agent, reports a 60-80% cut in manual workload. Clutch shows 5.0 from 7 reviews, all for mobile and app development dated 2020-2022.

Almost nothing about the AI practice can be checked. No client is named on the site, no outside review concerns AI or automation, and there is no G2, Trustpilot or Google profile. Prices are unpublished apart from a $300 a month support add-on, and it holds no vendor partner listing; its site says it builds "with reference to" NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001, which is not a certification.

Our verdict

Exelor suits a buyer that specifically wants BPMN-orchestrated AI automation on Camunda or Operaton with LangGraph agents and is prepared to check the firm's delivery record itself.

The case for it is a coherent technical offer: an audit framework, orchestration with an agent layer and a lighter n8n tier, with launch times of one to eight weeks set out on its site. Its seven Clutch reviews average 5.0 and describe a team that delivered app projects.

The caution is that none of that outside record covers AI or automation. Every review is app development from 2020-2022, no client is named for any AI work, and the site gives no legal entity or address, so a buyer cannot tell which company it would contract with.

An SMB that wants a few workflows automated should look elsewhere: the orchestration stack is heavier than that work needs and ties maintenance to the vendor.

Pros

  • 5.0 from 7 Clutch reviews for app development
  • A defined offer: the EAAF audit framework, BPMN orchestration on Camunda or Operaton, LangGraph agents and an n8n tier
  • States launch times of one to two, two to four and four to eight weeks for its three solution types
  • Publishes a support add-on price of $300 a month after launch

Cons

  • Every outside review is for mobile app development from 2020-2022, so there is no independent evidence of AI or automation delivery.
  • No legal entity, address or registration number on its own site, and three different addresses across Clutch, LinkedIn and DesignRush.
  • No client is named for any AI work, and only one anonymized snapshot gives a figure.
  • Project prices are unpublished; the only figure on the pricing page is a support add-on.
  • The Camunda, Operaton, LangGraph and Prefect stack is heavier than most SMB automation needs and ties maintenance to the firm.
