About Exxeta
Exxeta AG is a technology and consulting group founded in Karlsruhe in 2005, per its n8n directory profile, which also gives over 1,200 employees, about €135 million in revenue and a presence in five countries. Its own site says 20 years and locations across Europe, and its ISO 27001 certificates cover German sites plus Georgia and Serbia. It works for large enterprises in mobility, energy, the public sector and financial services, across strategy and AI, agentic AI, data and AI, physical AI and robotics, cloud, cybersecurity, IT modernization, software development and managed services, with its own accelerators: exxperts, exxfer and the PAICE AI framework. Andreas Ritter is CEO and Robert Glaser is Head of Applied AI. AI and automation are a minority of the business.
Its AI work is published in two named results. For Transdev Vertrieb it built an Azure system with an OpenAI model that classifies and answers customer emails and processes cancellations end to end, live since February 2025 and drafting "rund 75 %" of inquiries. For Real Garant, a Zurich Group motor insurer, AI agents assisted the migration of "1,6 Millionen Zeilen" of 25-year-old RPG code to Java, production-ready in "unter 18 Monate". n8n's directory lists it as a Premium partner, which is verified. Its own site states ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification. Google shows 4.7 from 62 reviews.
The outside record says little about client work. The visible Google reviews are three to six years old and concern the office and a phone call, which reads as employee and visitor feedback; the Clutch profile is unclaimed with no reviews, and the n8n directory profile has none. n8n appears on exxeta.com only as a partner logo, with no n8n case study, and the flagship automation runs on Azure and OpenAI. No prices are published; n8n's directory shows budget bands up to $100,000+.
Ratings elsewhere
Our verdict
Exxeta suits a large enterprise that wants AI agents or an AI-assisted legacy migration from a 1,200-person consultancy able to carry the surrounding cloud, security and software work.
The case for it is engineering at scale with stated results: a Transdev email system live since February 2025 that drafts "rund 75 %" of inquiries, an agent-assisted migration of "1,6 Millionen Zeilen" of legacy code for a Zurich Group insurer, and a verified n8n Premium tier.
The caution is that no client has reviewed Exxeta on any platform, since the 4.7 Google rating comes from reviews about the office and the workplace, and that the n8n tier has no n8n project behind it.
A small or mid-sized company buying an n8n build should look elsewhere: Exxeta's AI and automation work is a minority line, sized for enterprise budgets.
Pros
- Transdev mail system on Azure and OpenAI, live since February 2025, drafts "rund 75 %" of customer inquiries automatically, per its success story
- AI-agent-assisted migration of "1,6 Millionen Zeilen" of RPG code to Java for Real Garant, production-ready in "unter 18 Monate"
- n8n Premium partner, verified on n8n's directory
- Over 1,200 employees and about €135 million in revenue per its n8n profile, with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 certification stated on its own site
- Own AI accelerators, including the PAICE framework and a model-agnostic internal AI platform
Cons
- No client reviews on any platform: the Google rating of 4.7 from 62 rests on reviews about the office and a phone call, which read as employee and visitor reviews, and the Clutch and n8n profiles have none.
- Its n8n Premium tier has no n8n project behind it: n8n appears on its site only as a logo, and the flagship automation runs on Azure and OpenAI.
- AI and automation are a minority of a 1,200-person IT consultancy, and engagements are sized for large companies, with n8n directory budgets up to $100,000+.
- Publishes no prices on its own site or on Clutch.
