About Flobotics

Flobotics is an automation firm trading under Flobotics Consulting Inc., the entity named in its terms. Its site footer reads "Made with love in Indiana, US", and Clutch, DesignRush and LinkedIn give Munster, Indiana as its headquarters, with a second office in Warsaw. Clutch dates it to 2019, LinkedIn lists 31 employees, and its about page names founders Filip Nasiadko (CEO) and Karl Mielnicki (CTO), with Krzysztof Szwed heading delivery and Bart Teodorczuk heading AI. It built its business on UiPath robotic process automation and now markets AI automation for healthcare revenue-cycle management: eligibility, prior authorization, claims and denials.

It publishes 19 case studies, most with figures. PTCoA reports $180,000 in savings after year one from eligibility automation, PathGroup cut denial handling from about 10 minutes to about 55 seconds, and Gentem Health reports 98% less manual claim prep. The pricing page is unusually specific: most single automations at $15,000-$25,000, with worked examples from $19,500 to $34,000. Clutch shows 5.0 from 30 reviews, describing UiPath builds for healthcare, real estate, property management and Docplanner, and Google shows 5.0 from 2. Forbes Poland ranked it third among Polish startups of 2025.

The review record stops in October 2024, before the move into healthcare agents, so the work that now leads the site has no independent review. Some figures are hard to read: one denials case gives $50K+ in its title and $90K+ in its body, and a T Bank case claims a 300,000% ROI. The firm says it is working toward SOC 2 and does not hold it, it signs BAAs for patient data, and its UiPath partner badge carries no tier.

Our verdict

Flobotics suits a US healthcare provider, lab or billing company that wants revenue-cycle tasks automated by a team that has done eligibility, prior authorization and denials work before, at a project price published up front.

The case for it is the volume of specific results: 19 case studies, most with figures, including $180,000 in first-year savings at PTCoA and denial handling cut to under a minute at PathGroup. It publishes worked project prices from $19,500 to $34,000, and its 30 Clutch reviews average 5.0.

The caution is that those reviews describe an earlier business. None is newer than October 2024, all describe UiPath RPA, and the AI agent work that now leads the site has no outside review. It is not SOC 2 certified, which a healthcare buyer will ask about, and UiPath licenses and bot maintenance are priced on top of the project.

A buyer outside healthcare, or one that wants automations its own team maintains on n8n, Make or Zapier, should look elsewhere: the current offer is US revenue-cycle work on UiPath.

Pros

  • 19 published case studies, most with figures, such as $180,000 in first-year savings at PTCoA and about 300 automated resubmissions a day at PathGroup
  • Publishes project prices on its own site: most automations $15,000-$25,000, with examples at $19,500, $29,500 and $34,000
  • 5.0 from 30 Clutch reviews
  • Specialist depth in healthcare revenue-cycle work, with integrations into athenahealth, PathSys and XiFin named in its case studies
  • Ranked third among Polish startups of 2025 by Forbes Poland

Cons

  • Every Clutch review is from October 2024 or earlier and describes UiPath RPA, so the AI agent work that now leads the site has no independent review.
  • The current offer is narrow: US healthcare revenue-cycle automation, so a buyer in another sector is outside what the firm markets.
  • Built mostly on UiPath, whose licenses are priced separately, and maintenance of bots on payer portals is quoted on top.
  • Not SOC 2 certified; the security page says it is working toward it.
  • Some published figures do not hold together: one denials case gives $50K+ in the title and $90K+ in the body.
