About Flowmondo

Flowmondo, trading as Compound Digital Technologies, is a UK team of roughly seventeen people working across Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n, Xano and Fillout. Holding expert partner status on five platforms rather than one is the point of difference: it makes a tool-selection conversation more likely to be an honest one, and Xano in the stack means work can move to a real backend when a no-code workflow hits its limit.

It publishes a 2011 founding year and a headcount, which much of this category does not, along with self-reported volume of more than 2,900 solutions delivered to 975 customers at 95% retention. What it does not publish is a price, a city or any client outcome a buyer could check, and its '#1 in UK' Airtable and '#3 in UK' Make rankings are its own claims with no directory behind them.

Our verdict

Flowmondo is the tool-neutral option in a category full of single-platform shops. Expert partner status across Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n and Xano means a buyer can ask which platform actually fits without the answer being settled in advance, and the Xano capability matters when a workflow outgrows what connectors alone can do. Trading since 2011 with a stated seventeen-person team gives it more capacity and tenure than most listings here.

Against that, the published track record is volume statistics rather than client outcomes, the focus on construction, manufacturing, engineering and design puts consumer, ecommerce and regulated finance workflows outside what it has shown, and no price, no city and no verifiable case study leave the first call doing a lot of work.

Its position rests on breadth and stability, and evidence is where it is thinnest.

Pros

  • Expert partner status across Airtable, Make, Zapier, n8n and Xano, so the platform recommendation is not fixed before the conversation
  • Trading since 2011 with a stated seventeen-person team, one of the longer records in this category
  • Xano in the stack means the work can move to a real backend when a no-code workflow hits its limit

Cons

  • Publishes no pricing, no HQ city and no client outcome that can be checked; the track record is stated volume only
  • The '#1 in UK' Airtable and '#3 in UK' Make claims are self-asserted and appear in no directory that could be checked
  • Published experience concentrates on construction, manufacturing, engineering and design; consumer, ecommerce and regulated finance work sits outside it
