About Hashlogics

Hashlogics is a New York company founded in 2017 with its engineering office in Lahore and a stated team of 50 or more, that built custom software, web and mobile apps for most of its history and now describes itself as an agentic AI development company. Clutch records the mix as custom software 25 percent, AI development 20, mobile and web 20 each, AI agents 10 and RPA 5, on a review base of 22 at 4.8 that is mostly web and app work.

The AI evidence is in its case studies, 40 of them with around 15 involving AI, and the named ones give the stack. For PremiumAudit.io it built an insurance audit platform on Bubble with the Claude API extracting figures from payroll and policy documents, and reports 75 percent faster audit cycles and 95 percent fewer calculation errors, both the company's own figures. For Algoricum it built a multi-tenant lead follow-up platform on Supabase and Twilio with GPT-4.1 answering clinic leads by SMS and email. For Little Tree Confections it built an n8n pipeline that turns Fireflies transcripts into ClickUp tasks with GPT-4o. Its own voice product, GreetKeeper, names no telephony or speech stack and publishes no results.

The record has rough edges. Four Trustpilot reviews, all one star, complain of unsolicited email outreach, and the company has replied to each. A Clutch review from April 2026 scores a SaaS build at 0.5 for a project it says should have been declined. The G2 profile still describes the company as headquartered in Australia.

Our verdict

Hashlogics suits a small or mid-sized business that wants an AI capability built into a custom platform, by a team that will also build the platform and keep running it afterwards.

The case for it is volume and stack: 22 Clutch reviews at 4.8 over nine years, three more at 5.0 on G2, and named AI case studies that say what they were built with, the Claude API on Bubble for PremiumAudit.io, GPT-4.1 on Supabase and Twilio for Algoricum, n8n with GPT-4o for Little Tree Confections.

The cautions are about what the record is mostly made of. Most Clutch reviews describe web and app builds under $10,000, AI agents are a tenth of the service mix, the outcome figures on the AI cases are the company's own, and the one voice product names no stack and publishes no results. Four Trustpilot reviews at one star complain of unsolicited email, and a 0.5 Clutch review from April 2026 describes a project the company should have turned down.

A buyer whose whole need is one agent, with no platform around it, should ask to see the PremiumAudit.io system running and speak to that client before signing.

Pros

  • 22 Clutch reviews at 4.8 since 2017 and three G2 reviews at 5.0, verified against both profiles
  • Named AI case studies that state the stack: Claude API on Bubble for PremiumAudit.io, GPT-4.1 with Supabase and Twilio for Algoricum, n8n with GPT-4o for Little Tree Confections
  • Publishes how engagements start and end: free scoping, a paid two-week diagnostic that produces a fixed price, and two months of support after launch
  • Around 15 of 40 published case studies involve AI, across healthcare, insurance, legal, staffing and trades

Cons

  • Most Clutch reviews describe web, app and Bubble builds under $10,000; AI agents are 10 percent of the service mix and only one review is tagged AI development.
  • The outcome figures on the AI cases are self-reported, and the Algoricum and Little Tree cases publish no figures at all.
  • Four Trustpilot reviews, all one star, complain of unsolicited email outreach; a Clutch review from April 2026 scores a SaaS build at 0.5.
  • The record disagrees with itself on where the company is: East Islip on its own site and DesignRush, Lahore on Clutch, Australia on G2.
