kiba solutions GmbH, trading as kiba, is a Berlin AI consultancy for small and mid-sized German firms, with a focus on the Mittelstand and the trades in Berlin and Brandenburg. It was founded by Benjamin Georg (CSO) and Grzegorz Olszowka (CTO), who share the CEO role, and its site describes the firm as two founders with no temporary staff or sales layer. It sells AI strategy consulting, local AI systems on client hardware, voice assistants, custom software and interfaces, integration and automation, training, and help with public funding through BAFA and INQA. It has industry pages for property management, accounting, logistics, security technology and the trades, and lists its own products in progress: workreport (demo), SAIL 1.5 (pilot), KMU-OS and diebausoftware.de.

The site says it has been an authorized INQA coach for AI and digitalization since May 2025 and lists the BAFA consulting program; neither was confirmed on the program's own site. There is no case study. The homepage claims more than 100 Mittelstand projects with no client story or figure behind them, and the client logos carry no described project.
