About MindTitan
MindTitan is a machine learning and AI firm in Tallinn, Estonia, with a second office in Tartu, founded in 2016 according to Clutch. It grew out of Estonia's Ajujaht start-up accelerator and is led by co-founders Kristjan Jansons, CEO, and Robert Roosalu, CTO. It sells AI strategy and consulting, custom AI solutions, computer vision, NLP, generative AI integration, data engineering and training, and says it wrote Estonia's national AI strategy. Nearly all of its work is AI and data; most of it is predictive ML and computer vision, with LLM and agent work perhaps 15-20% of the visible record.
Its strongest published result is the Elisa customer service chatbot and IVR, which handles up to 70% of inbound contacts and solved 82,000 customer contacts in 2022. Clutch shows 5.0 from 17 reviews, the newest from October 2026, covering ATM forecasting, wood defect detection, muon tomography, cemetery mapping, AI strategy workshops, a conversational IVR and, in September 2026, an agent that pre-fills a procurement checklist from documents. Clutch lists a $50,000 minimum and $50-$99 an hour.
Only one of its six case studies reports results, and that work dates from 2018 to 2022; the Hansab study states a 10% target where the homepage testimonial gives 20%. No agent case study is published, its ChatGPT integration page names GPT and DALL-E 2 and nothing newer, and the Gartner Cool Vendor recognition on its homepage carries no year and could not be confirmed. Its G2 and Trustpilot pages have no reviews, its Google listing has none, and it publishes no prices.

MindTitan suits a European or public-sector organization with $50,000 or more that wants AI strategy or a custom forecasting, computer vision or conversational model from an experienced data science team.
The case for it is a long record of named machine learning work: the Elisa chatbot and IVR handling up to 70% of inbound contacts, ATM forecasting for Hansab, computer vision across 325 cemeteries, and 17 Clutch reviews at 5.0 that describe those projects, the newest from October 2026.
The caution is that very little of this is agent work. Its Clutch reviews and case studies are mostly classic ML and intent-based chatbots, the LLM agent evidence is two recent reviews, and only one case study reports a measured outcome, from work finished by 2022.
A buyer who wants a production LLM agent, or a pilot under $50,000, should look elsewhere.
