About Mobile Reality

Mobile Reality sp. z o.o. is a Warsaw software house founded in 2016 and run by its co-founders Matt Sadowski (CEO) and Marcin Sadowski (CTO), working from a WeWork building on Grzybowska. It built JavaScript web and mobile products for proptech, fintech, crypto and media clients and since about 2025 has led with AI: strategy, a fractional Chief AI Officer, agent and automation builds and custom LLM work with RAG and fine-tuning. It maintains an open-source agent framework, MDMA, and its own recognition SaaS, Flaree.

It publishes hourly rates on its own site, $45-$65 for development and $40-$50 for design and QA. Its one client automation case study is anonymized and gives figures: about 500 documents a month classified by Mistral OCR and Claude, saving 16+ hours of bookkeeping a week. Clutch shows 5.0 from 19 reviews, G2 5.0 from 2 and Google 5.0 from 3. Three Clutch reviews from 2026 describe AI and software development for a proptech firm, CTO services for an AI growth platform and full-stack work for an AI SaaS platform.

The AI record is thin against the software record: 21 of 24 case studies carry no AI or automation tag, and the older reviews describe web and app builds. Its site calls it an official Make.com technology partner, which on Make's own pages means it publishes a connector for Flaree; it is not in Make's solution-partner directory. Its site gives the team as both 20+ and 30+, and LinkedIn shows 13 people.

Our verdict

Mobile Reality suits a company that wants a custom web or mobile product with an LLM feature built by a small JavaScript team at published hourly rates. A buyer whose project is mainly workflow automation has thin evidence to go on here.

The case for it is engineering depth and transparency on price. It writes its own open-source agent framework, names a full LLM stack from Claude and Gemini to Langfuse and pgvector, and publishes rates of $45-$65 an hour. Its 19 Clutch reviews average 5.0 and three from 2026 involve AI products.

The caution is that the AI and automation record is one anonymized case study. Most of the portfolio and most outside reviews describe web and app development, the Make partnership is a connector listing for its own product, and the team is small, 13 on LinkedIn against 20+ and 30+ on its own site.

Pros

  • Publishes hourly rates on its own site: $45-$65 for development, $40-$50 for UX/UI and QA, project management included
  • 5.0 from 19 Clutch reviews, three of them from 2026 describing AI product work
  • Maintains its own open-source agent framework, MDMA, on GitHub and Hugging Face
  • One anonymized automation case with figures: about 500 documents a month classified, saving 16+ hours of bookkeeping a week
  • Ten years of delivery since 2016

Cons

  • Most of its work is web and mobile software: 21 of 24 case studies have no AI or automation tag, and most Clutch reviews describe app development.
  • One anonymized client automation case study is the whole published automation record.
  • Its "official Make.com technology partner" line refers to a connector for its own product; it holds no Make solution-partner tier, and n8n and Zapier are absent.
  • A small team working from a coworking address, 13 people on LinkedIn, so capacity for parallel engagements is limited.
