About Moonland
Moonland is an Airtable firm in Ghent, Belgium, founded in 2023 by Igor Rokhkind and Pello Múgica Gonzalez. It designs and builds Airtable systems for NGOs, foundations, social enterprises and international education: program and portfolio management, stakeholder CRM and matching, monitoring and evaluation reporting, grant and donor management, and dashboards, sold either as a finished build or built alongside the client's team. It works across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and claims 50+ systems delivered and in use in 40+ countries.
Airtable named it Impact Vertical Partner of the Year for 2025/26 and lists it as a Gold Services Partner. All four published case studies are Airtable builds, and two carry figures: a summit system for the Centre of Competence on Humanitarian Negotiation that screened more than 1,700 registrations and confirmed about 1,400 participants, and an intake system for Hoofdkwartier that cut therapist matching from weeks to hours. Airtable's directory shows 5.0 from 25 reviews and Google shows 5.0 from 7, both describing Airtable builds and migrations.
It is young and small, with a directory team band of 2-15 and no headcount on its own site, and two of its four case studies give no numeric outcome. It publishes no prices; Airtable's directory starts its budget bands at $5,000. Every case study comes from a mission-driven organization, and it has no Clutch, G2 or Trustpilot profile.

Our verdict
Moonland suits a nonprofit, foundation or education group that wants its programs, grants and reporting run on Airtable by a firm that builds for that sector.
The case for it is focus with evidence: Airtable's Impact Vertical Partner of the Year for 2025/26, four published Airtable case studies, and a summit system that handled more than 1,700 registrations from over 120 countries.
The caution is scale. The firm dates from 2023, the team is small, and two case studies carry no figure, so capacity for a large or parallel program is unproven. A commercial company outside the mission-driven sector will find no case study that speaks to its work.
Pros
- Airtable's Impact Vertical Partner of the Year for 2025/26, shown on Airtable's directory
- Four published Airtable case studies with named clients, including more than 1,700 registrations screened for a humanitarian summit
- Hoofdkwartier case: therapist matching time cut from weeks to hours
- 5.0 from 25 reviews on Airtable's directory and 5.0 from 7 on Google
- Builds only on Airtable, for nonprofits, foundations and education
Cons
- Founded in 2023 with a small team, so capacity for several large projects at once is unproven.
- Two of the four case studies give no numeric outcome.
- Every case study comes from a mission-driven organization; a commercial buyer has no comparable example.
- Publishes no prices; the directory budget bands start at $5,000.
