About Neo Vision

Neo Vision is a software studio in Bucharest, Romania, founded in 2015 and led by co-founders Adi Niculescu, CEO, and Teodor Bara, COO, with 16 people on its own site. Most of its work is websites, WordPress, WooCommerce and Magento stores, mobile apps and custom software. It launched an applied AI practice in 2025 and now sells AI readiness assessments, AI agents, agentic workflow automation, an AI knowledge hub and AI enablement, alongside forward deployed engineering and an announced product, TenderingOS.

Two AI case studies carry real detail. For MHT Experience, a four-agent bid proposal system cut turnaround by 87%, from 3-4 weeks to 2-5 working days, across €13.2M in bids; for DentOP, an after-hours phone receptionist on OpenAI Realtime answered 525 patient calls in about five months, 27% of the summarized ones ending in an appointment request. It publishes a price range for every service on its own site, from €2K for an AI knowledge hub to €95K for agentic workflow automation. Clutch shows 5.0 from 27 reviews and Google 4.9 from 31.

The outside record is almost all web and app work: 1 of 27 Clutch reviews concerns AI, the September 2026 review of the DentOP project, and about 10 of 65 portfolio items involve AI. The AI figures are self-reported, Clutch's summary notes some clients wanting a bigger team and a more consistent sense of urgency, and the newest Google review is written by someone who appears on its own team page. Google and DesignRush give two different Bucharest addresses, one a residential flat, and its own site gives none.

Our verdict

Neo Vision suits a small European business, especially in Romania, that wants a first AI agent or phone receptionist at a published price from a studio that can also build its website and apps.

The case for it is two detailed builds and open pricing. The MHT bid system cut turnaround by 87% across €13.2M in bids, the DentOP receptionist answered 525 after-hours calls in about five months, and every service is priced on its own site, AI agents at €6K to €45K.

The caution is that this is a web and app studio with an AI practice about a year old. One of its 27 Clutch reviews covers AI work, the AI outcome figures come from its own case studies, the team is 16 people, and Clutch's summary records clients asking for more capacity and urgency.

A buyer planning a large or multi-team agent program should look elsewhere.

Pros

  • Publishes a price range for every service on its own site, including AI Agents at €6K to €45K and Agentic Workflow Automation at €15K to €95K
  • MHT Experience bid proposal system: turnaround down 87%, manual price entry from 8-16 hours to under 30 minutes, €13.2M in bids handled
  • DentOP phone receptionist on OpenAI Realtime answered 525 patient calls from April to mid-September 2026, and the project is the subject of a September 2026 Clutch review
  • Clutch 5.0 from 27 reviews and Google 4.9 from 31
  • Founded in 2015, a year that agrees across its site, Clutch and DesignRush

Cons

  • Almost all of its reviewed work is web, e-commerce and app development: 1 of 27 Clutch reviews and about 10 of 65 portfolio items involve AI, and the AI practice launched in 2025.
  • A 16-person team, and Clutch's summary notes client feedback about needing a bigger team and a consistent sense of urgency.
  • The AI outcome figures are self-reported, and the homepage claim of €50K to €150K returned to clients in 12 months gives no method.
  • The newest Google review is written by a person listed on its own team page, which weakens the 4.9 from 31.
