About Nolo Apps

Nolo Apps is a UK Airtable firm, incorporated as Nolo Apps Limited in June 2022, with co-founder Oliver Rhodes as its public face. It sells a framework of ready-made Airtable apps for fashion, beauty and food product brands: Product Master, Purchasing, Range Planning, Shopify Automation, Commercial Planner and Transfer Orders, connected to Shopify, Linnworks, Brightpearl, Peoplevox, NetSuite and in-house ERPs. Its stated client is a product brand between £5m and £50m in turnover, and every engagement starts with a paid diagnosis.

Its customers page names clients with figures. Jaded London replaced Cin7 and 12+ Excel files; RIXO went live in 12 weeks and cut design time from 7 days to 5; Passenger runs 700,000+ items a year through a Product Master connected to Shopify; Goose & Gander cut material searches from 30 minutes to 30 seconds. The site claims 60+ clients and 150+ projects since 2022. Airtable lists it as a Gold Services Partner, and its directory shows 4.9 from 21 reviews describing builds for retail and ecommerce brands.

Every review sits on Airtable's own directory; its Google listing has none and there is no Clutch, G2 or Trustpilot profile. It publishes no prices, the only directory budget band is over $25,000, and the diagnosis fee is not stated. Its London address is a shared registered-office address, so no working office is published, and the site says new client projects are onboarded from Q4 2026. It also claims an Airtable Partner of the Year EMEA title, with no year, that Airtable's directory does not show.

Our verdict

Nolo Apps suits a consumer product brand of roughly £5m to £50m that wants product data, purchasing and range planning run in Airtable around its ERP and Shopify.

The case for it is published results from named brands: Jaded London off Cin7 and a dozen spreadsheets, RIXO live in 12 weeks, Passenger running 700,000+ items a year through its Product Master, and searches at Goose & Gander cut from 30 minutes to 30 seconds.

The caution is access and outside evidence. Work starts above $25,000 after a paid diagnosis of undisclosed cost, new projects are onboarded from Q4 2026, and all 21 reviews sit on Airtable's own directory. Some revenue figures on its customers page are client growth the firm does not attribute to its own work.

A services firm or any operation outside consumer products should look elsewhere, since the app framework is built for product brands.

Pros

  • Named clients with figures: RIXO live in 12 weeks with design time cut from 7 days to 5, Goose & Gander searches cut from 30 minutes to 30 seconds
  • A packaged framework of Airtable apps for product brands, with stated launch times such as 4-6 weeks for Product Master
  • Integrates Airtable with Shopify, Linnworks, Brightpearl, Peoplevox and NetSuite
  • Airtable Gold Services Partner, with 4.9 from 21 reviews on Airtable's directory
  • Works only on Airtable, for one kind of client

Cons

  • Closed to small work: the only directory budget band is over $25,000, and a paid diagnosis of undisclosed cost comes first.
  • No reviews on any independent platform; all 21 sit on Airtable's own directory and the Google listing has none.
  • New client projects are onboarded only from Q4 2026, per its own site.
  • Built for consumer product brands; a services firm or non-retail operation is outside its framework.
  • Claims an Airtable Partner of the Year EMEA title, with no year, that Airtable's directory does not show.
