About Osedea

Osedea is a Montréal software and AI firm founded in 2011 by its president, Martin Coulombe, with 50-249 people per Clutch. It does AI development, custom software, digital product design, data and BI, and robotics as a Boston Dynamics Spot solutions partner, and it acquired the data engineering firm ventriloc. AI is now its lead message and about half of the business, most of it computer vision and predictive ML, with LLM agents a smaller recent line. Its own pages state SOC 2 Type II since 2022, AWS Select and Microsoft Solutions Partner status and a Mila partnership.

Three recent agent builds are published with named clients: purchase order intake for Mi Integration in three weeks, warranty claim triage for Garantie Avantage Plus, live in November 2025, and Cortex, a help assistant inside Genius ERP built on more than 5,000 hours of content. Clutch shows 4.9 from 44 reviews and Google 4.9 from 17. Clutch lists a $50,000 minimum and $150-$199 an hour.

None of the published projects reports a measured outcome. Most of the Clutch record is UX/UI and custom software, with AI in 3 of the 11 newest-listed reviews, and Clutch's summary notes that some clients want more staff on their projects. The site gives no headcount, office address or founding year in text, and there is no G2, Trustpilot or DesignRush profile.

Our verdict

Osedea suits a Canadian manufacturer, health company or enterprise with at least $50,000 that wants custom AI, document-handling agents included, designed and built by one firm with a security certification.

The case for it is breadth and standing: 15 years in business, 44 Clutch reviews at 4.9, three named agent builds that describe their stack and go-live dates, and SOC 2 Type II stated on its own site, which shortens an enterprise security review.

The caution is that the agent record is short and unmeasured. The three agent projects give scope and dates with no result, and most of the outside reviews describe design and software work done before the AI positioning. Clutch reviewers also mention resource constraints.

A buyer whose budget is under $50,000, or who wants a firm that does nothing but agents, should look elsewhere.

Pros

  • Clutch 4.9 from 44 reviews and Google 4.9 from 17
  • Three named agent builds with stack and go-live dates: Mi Integration, Garantie Avantage Plus and Genius ERP
  • SOC 2 Type II since 2022, stated on its culture and AI pages
  • In business since 2011, with design, software, data and robotics in-house

Cons

  • No published case study reports a measured outcome; the agent projects give scope and go-live dates only.
  • Most of its Clutch record is UX/UI and software work, with AI in 3 of the 11 newest-listed reviews, so evidence for agent delivery is three self-published case studies and one recent review.
  • Expensive for small buyers: Clutch shows a $50,000+ minimum and $150-$199 an hour.
  • Clutch's summary notes clients asking for more staff to avoid resource constraints.
