About Skale

Skale is an organic growth agency for SaaS and tech companies, co-founded by Italo Viale and Jake Stainer, with a team of 20 shown on its site working from South Africa, North Macedonia and Serbia. Clutch lists a London address and a founding year of 2019; the site gives no legal entity or address. It sells SaaS SEO strategy, link building, SEO content, migrations, GEO and an AI Brand Mentions service that places clients in the third-party listicles and comparison pages LLMs cite, and it reports on signups and new MRR. Its GEO method covers AI search and crawlability audits, AI rank and competitor tracking, prompt coverage, domain citations and an attribution framework combining prompt rankings, mentions and self-attribution surveys, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Bing AI and Google AI Overviews.

Three of its 16 case studies carry AI search metrics: Jitter's AI brand coverage from 22% to 55%, deBridge's prompt coverage up 64.86%, and an anonymized consent management platform's AI search traffic up 27%. The rest are SaaS SEO results with named clients, among them Holded, Happy Scribe, Maze and Pitch. Clutch shows 4.9 from 20 reviews, the newest in October 2026, describing SaaS SEO, content and link building; one October 2026 review covers SEO and AI optimization.

The AI tracker it uses is never named and the prompt sets are not published. Its own figures disagree in places: Jitter's coverage appears as both 55% and 25%, and Rezi's revenue gain as both 86% and 176%. Several Clutch reviewers rate cost at 4.0 and describe the links as medium-tier. No prices, legal entity or address are published, and the London address on Clutch carries one employee.

Our verdict

Skale suits a SaaS or tech company that wants organic signups and placements in the pages AI answers cite, from a team that works only in that sector.

The case for it is a deep SaaS record with named clients and signup figures, Holded, Happy Scribe, Maze and Pitch among them, plus three AI search cases with measured coverage, citation or traffic gains, and 20 Clutch reviews at 4.9.

The cautions are measurement and contracting. The AI figures come from a tracker it does not name, some of its own case figures contradict each other, and the site names no legal entity or address. Ask which tool produces the AI coverage numbers and which company you would sign with.

A buyer outside SaaS and tech, or one wanting work beyond link building and content, should look elsewhere.

Pros

  • Three AI search cases with figures, including Jitter's AI brand coverage from 22% to 55% and deBridge's prompt coverage up 64.86%
  • Named SaaS clients with signup figures: Holded at +1,370% organic signups, Happy Scribe from 2,700 to 70,000 monthly signups
  • 4.9 from 20 Clutch reviews, the newest in October 2026
  • Reports on signups and new MRR, with an attribution framework that adds self-attribution surveys to prompt tracking

Cons

  • Most delivered work is link building and SEO content; AI search metrics appear in 3 of 16 case studies and come from a tracker it does not name.
  • Its own case figures disagree: Jitter's AI coverage appears as 55% and 25%, Rezi's revenue gain as 86% and 176%.
  • No legal entity or address on the site; the London address on Clutch carries one employee while the team works from South Africa and the Balkans.
  • Several Clutch reviewers score cost at 4.0 and describe the links placed as medium-tier.
  • No published prices; Clutch shows a $5,000 minimum project.
