Twistag is a Lisbon software and AI engineering firm founded in 2016, with 25+ engineers, designers and data and AI specialists. It is led by founder and CEO Fred Sarmento, partner and COO Sara Maia and CTO Jorge Franco. Its strongest evidence is the Aralab case: an accounts-payable agent on Claude handling 2,000+ invoices a month, about 80% without a human, live in six weeks. For PepTalk it chained four agents on AWS Bedrock and Supabase and states that no conversion figure has been measured. About half of its 20 case studies are AI work. Clutch shows 4.9 from 14 reviews, Google 5.0 from 16 and DesignRush 4.6 from 3.
The outside record mostly describes the earlier business: 10 of 14 Clutch reviews are web, app or product development, and the only AI platform review is from a client whose reviewer describes venture building with Twistag. One Clutch reviewer reports that a change of technical lead slowed the project, missed deadlines and ran over budget. Several of the AI cases are anonymized, it publishes no prices, and its ISO 27001 wording describes practice with no certificate named.

Ten of 14 Clutch reviews describe web and app development, the one AI platform review may come from a venture it helped build, and one reviewer reports a mid-project change of technical lead that caused missed deadlines and overspend.
