About Vstorm
Vstorm (Vstorm Sp. z o.o.) is an LLM and agent engineering firm in Wrocław, Poland, founded in 2017 and led by co-founders Antoni Kozelski, CEO, and Bartosz Gonczarek, VP. Its own site gives 40+ people, 25+ of them AI engineers, and Clutch gives 10-49. It started in NLP and data engineering, and its own timeline puts LLM work at the core of the practice from 2022; before that, most of its reviewed work was web, mobile and e-commerce development. Today it sells agent and RAG development, agentic architecture, evaluation and deployment, recovery of stalled pilots and engineering-led advisory. It maintains open-source agent libraries, with 31 public repositories, 3,900+ GitHub stars and 9M+ PyPI downloads, and says it is a Pydantic AI implementation partner.
Its case study page lists 27 entries, about 22 with a page behind them, and many name the client and a figure: Mixam's order completion agents handling 96%+ of orders end to end, Synera's workflow preparation down from 2 hours to 3 minutes, a medical triage system at 98% on a 50-scenario benchmark for Schmitt-Thompson Clinical Content, and claim review for an anonymized US insurer cut from 3 hours to 8 minutes. Clutch shows 4.9 from 22 reviews, the newest from July 2026, with a $10,000 minimum and $100-$149 an hour. Google shows 5.0 from 10.
The outside record mostly predates the agent work: about 7 of the 22 Clutch reviews describe AI or LLM projects, from 2023 to 2026, and the rest are web, mobile, Laravel and e-commerce builds from 2018 to 2023. The OpenAI Select Partner and Claude Certified Services Partner status on its site could not be found in either vendor's partner directory. The Google reviews are about three years old, the top one from a reviewer who shares the CEO's surname. It publishes no prices, and five case study cards carrying large brand logos have no page behind them.

Our verdict
Vstorm suits a mid-market or enterprise team that wants a custom LLM agent or RAG system engineered in code and taken to production, with $10,000 or more to start.
The case for it is measured work on named clients: Mixam's order completion agents handle 96%+ of orders end to end, Synera's workflow preparation fell from 2 hours to 3 minutes, and Schmitt-Thompson's triage system scores 98% on a 50-scenario benchmark. Its open-source agent libraries, with 9M+ PyPI downloads, are code a buyer can read before hiring it.
The caution is that the outside evidence for agent delivery is thin. About 7 of its 22 Clutch reviews concern AI work and the rest describe the web and mobile shop it was before 2022, the OpenAI and Anthropic partner claims on its site do not appear in either vendor's directory, and five case study cards show big-brand logos with no study behind them. Ask for references from two agent clients.
A buyer who wants a fixed price before starting, or no-code automations to maintain in-house, should look elsewhere: each phase is quoted separately and the work is custom code.
Pros
- Named agent builds with figures: Mixam at 96%+ of orders handled end to end, Synera's workflow preparation from 2 hours to 3 minutes, Schmitt-Thompson triage at 98% on a 50-scenario benchmark
- Maintains open-source agent libraries: 31 public repositories, 3,900+ GitHub stars and 9M+ PyPI downloads
- Clutch 4.9 from 22 reviews, the newest from July 2026, and Google 5.0 from 10
- Clutch shows a $10,000 minimum and $100-$149 an hour, with the most common project at $10,000-$49,999
Cons
- Most of its Clutch record describes the web, mobile and e-commerce shop it was before 2022: about 7 of 22 reviews concern AI or LLM work, so outside evidence for agent delivery rests on a handful of reviews.
- The OpenAI Select Partner and Claude Certified Services Partner status on its site could not be found in OpenAI's partner locator or Anthropic's Claude Partner Network directory.
- Publishes no prices, and each phase is scoped and priced separately, so the total is unknown until after a Proof of Value.
- Five case study cards carry logos such as Tetra Pak and Mercedes-Benz and are marked coming soon with no study behind them, and the Mixam figure is 96%+ on one page and 95.4% on another.
- A bench of 25+ AI engineers (Clutch 10-49) limits how many large programs it can run at once.
