About 2V Automation

2V Automation sells process work rather than tooling. The published engagements are ordinary operational problems (quote-to-cash, accounts receivable, field service dispatch, compliance paperwork, client onboarding) rebuilt with n8n as the orchestration layer and one of the major model providers doing the judgment work. Six of those engagements are published with figures attached, which is more outcome detail than most firms offer.

Its agent work is published in two named builds. For Contrail Financial, a solo fractional CFO practice, it built a morning brief system that pulls more than 100 RSS feeds every 30 minutes, screens them by keyword, has GPT-4o-mini judge each article's relevance to each client, scores the survivors with embeddings against the founder's own weighting, and drafts every client's summary and suggested actions for the founder to review and send. The case states the running cost: $55 to $60 a month at ten clients. For Georgia State University it built a retrieval chatbot that answers visitor questions at Georgia Aquarium from the aquarium's own content, piloted between March and May 2026.

The firm works between two offices, New York and Lisbon, and different sources lead with different ones: its own site and the n8n directory present New York and a US, Canada and UK footprint, while Clutch carries the Lisbon registration. The company history is published on its about page. It started in 2016 as 2V Modules, an outsourced engineering team, ran from 2018 as a white-label subcontractor for a HubSpot Diamond Partner, became a certified Laravel partner in 2022, and took the current name in 2023 when it stopped taking general development work. Four senior people are named, led by founder and CEO Valerian Valkin.

Our verdict

2V Automation suits a mid-market operations lead with a defined back-office process to rebuild, or a smaller firm that wants a first production agent at a known price.

The evidence is specific: named clients with hour figures attached, 19 reviews on Clutch and seven on n8n's partner directory, an hourly band, and two routes priced on its own site, a refundable $2,000 Discovery Week and an agent track running from a $2,000 workshop to a $7,000-$13,000 build. The Contrail Financial case also states what the system costs to run, which is the cost-per-run figure buyers of agent work are told to ask for.

The breadth is the caution. Nine industries, nine service lines and a Clutch history that is mostly app and custom software work describe a firm that came to automation from general software. The recent record is about automation: seven reviews on n8n's partner directory between December 2025 and February 2026, six of them describing automation systems for named clients.

Both published agent builds are modest in scale, and a buyer planning a large multi-agent system should ask to see production work beyond those two.

Pros

  • Six client engagements published with stated time savings, including 230 hours a month for FirePlan Strategies and 300+ hours a month of manual work removed for Signature Champions
  • Publishes the running cost of an agent system it built: $55 to $60 a month at ten clients for Contrail Financial's daily brief, projected at $180 to $200 a month at fifty
  • Discovery Week is priced per team size, $2,000 up to 20 people and $4,000 to 50, refundable until it starts, and the build rate afterwards is published at $2,000 a week
  • Clutch Champion in Spring 2024 and Clutch Global in Fall 2024, both granted on the strength of verified client reviews rather than applied for
  • 19 reviews on Clutch at 5.0, including a verified review of its 2026 chatbot pilot for a university client
  • Seven reviews at 5.0 on n8n's partner directory, posted between December 2025 and February 2026, six describing automation systems for named clients including FirePlan, Bright Defense, Contrail Financial and Signature Champions
  • Certified as an n8n Expert Partner in December 2025, while the program was still a closed pilot with founding partners, months before its public rollout

Cons

  • The review record is split by source. The 19 Clutch reviews, which are interview-verified, mostly cover app, UX and custom software work from before the 2023 change of focus; the automation work is reviewed on n8n's partner directory, where posting is open and the base is seven.
  • Both published agent builds are small: one serves a single consultant's ten clients, the other is a three-month chatbot pilot.
