About Nebor
Nebor is a B2B go-to-market engineering firm registered in Haarlem, Netherlands, although its site, G2 and Clay's directory all present it as based in Amsterdam. It traded as Utmost Agency before the rebrand: LinkedIn dates the Nebor entity to 2026, and the earliest G2 review of Utmost Agency is from January 2025. Six people are named on its about page, led by co-founders Andrew van Rossenberg, formerly of Gartner and the founder of Utmost Agency, and Yannick Kok, formerly OneStream's EMEA business development lead. It sells three lines, all built inside the client's own accounts: outbound engines in Clay with Lemlist or Instantly sequences, ABM and paid ads on LinkedIn, Google and Meta, and RevOps on HubSpot or Salesforce. It is a Clay Solutions Partner on Clay's own directory.
All five case studies name the client, and four carry figures. For Dymaxa, an Austrian cleantech maker, it ran an outsourced GTM team and reports €12M in qualified pipeline and 14 clients converted from 84 enterprise prospects. For GroeiLeaders it runs white-label Clay outbound for five of that agency's clients; ExpoGenie, a California SaaS firm, got 55 qualified leads in three months; Crisiscentrale got 34 sales opportunities from 1,881 cold emails. G2 shows 5.0 from 9 reviews under the Utmost Agency name and 5.0 from 1 under Nebor, all describing outbound prospecting, Clay tables and email infrastructure, and Google shows 5.0 from 4.
The record is thin and does not fully reconcile. Three of the five case pages disagree with themselves: the Dymaxa CEO's testimonial gives over €3M of pipeline against €12M on the case page, Crisiscentrale shows both 5 and 58 conversations booked, and GroeiLeaders states a 30 to 40 percent response rate for 82 of 194 prospects, which is 42%. Two of the ten G2 reviews may come from insiders. No case study names an AI model; the Claude research and personalization and AI-drafted meeting briefs it describes appear on service pages only. It publishes no prices, its Clay directory profile has no reviews, and it has no Clutch, Trustpilot or DesignRush profile.

Our verdict
Nebor suits a European B2B company that wants a Clay-based outbound engine and CRM cleanup built inside its own accounts by a small team that does the work itself.
The case for it is named clients with pipeline figures: €12M in qualified pipeline and 14 clients converted for Dymaxa, 55 qualified leads in three months for ExpoGenie, 34 sales opportunities for Crisiscentrale, and ten five-star G2 reviews describing the same outbound work.
The caution is how far the record can be trusted. Three of five case pages contain figures that disagree with themselves, nine of the ten G2 reviews sit under the former name, and two may come from insiders. The AI on its service pages does not appear in any build it has published.
A buyer who wants AI agents doing the sales work, or a firm with years of independent reviews, should look elsewhere.
Pros
- €12M in qualified pipeline and 14 clients converted from 84 enterprise prospects for Dymaxa, per its case study
- 55 qualified leads in three months for ExpoGenie, 30% of that company's lead inflow
- 5.0 from 9 G2 reviews under its former name, Utmost Agency, and 5.0 from 1 under Nebor, all describing outbound and Clay work
- Clay Solutions Partner, verified on Clay's own directory
- Builds in the client's own Clay, sequencer and CRM accounts, with walkthrough videos for My Way
Cons
- The outside record is ten G2 reviews, nine under the former name, and two may come from insiders: the newest Utmost Agency review is signed Yannick K., matching co-founder Yannick Kok, and the only Nebor review is signed Colin B., matching the Colin Bakker who wrote the seller overview.
- Three of five case studies contain figures that disagree: €12M against over €3M of pipeline for Dymaxa, 5 against 58 conversations booked for Crisiscentrale, and a stated 30 to 40 percent response rate that works out to 42%.
- No case study names an AI model or tool; the published builds are Clay enrichment, scrapers and Lemlist or Instantly sequences.
- Publishes no prices; Clay's directory lists a three-month minimum engagement.
- Six named people under a brand LinkedIn dates to 2026, with no Clutch, Trustpilot or DesignRush profile.
