About OpsCopilot
OpsCopilot Ltd is a UK workflow automation firm founded by Paul Green that sells to professional services firms of 10 to 250 staff in law, accountancy, independent financial advice and dentistry. The work is client and matter onboarding, document chasing, compliance evidence trails for SRA, FCA Consumer Duty, CQC and MTD ITSA, and reporting, built on Zapier, Make and HubSpot with tools such as Clio, Karbon, IRIS, Xero and DocuSign. Engagements run as a fixed-scope audit, a 14-day build sprint and a 90-day warranty, then an optional retainer, and AI document intake, AI-drafted emails and an AI voice agent are offered inside that. The company was incorporated in July 2026 at a London virtual-office address; Zapier's directory gives 5-15 employees.
It publishes prices: projects from £3,500, most between £3,500 and £12,000, and retainers from £950 a month. Seven case studies carry figures, such as a 55-person law firm whose onboarding fell from 3 days to 4 hours and a consumer hardware brand stating £180K of first-year savings on £14,500. It is a Zapier Silver Solution Partner, verified on Zapier's directory, where it shows 5.0 from five reviews describing Shopify, Klaviyo and HubSpot syncs, HR onboarding flows and lead routing.
Every case study is anonymized, and no testimonial on the site carries a name. All five Zapier reviews were posted on 6 November 2025 and four are unsigned. There is no profile on Clutch, Google, Trustpilot, G2 or DesignRush. The HubSpot Solutions Partner status the positioning leans on could not be found on HubSpot's public marketplace, the Wix partnership is unverified, and the price floor differs between its site and its Zapier profile.
Our verdict
OpsCopilot suits a UK law, accountancy, IFA or dental practice that wants onboarding and compliance workflows automated on Zapier or HubSpot at a price it can see first.
The case for it is a clear, priced offer built around one kind of buyer: projects from £3,500, retainers from £950 a month, a 14-day build and a 90-day warranty, with case studies stating hours recovered for each type of practice it targets.
The caution is that little of it can be checked. The limited company is three months old, every case study is anonymized, the five Zapier reviews share one day, and the HubSpot partnership could not be verified. Ask for a named reference in your own sector before signing.
A firm outside UK regulated professional services, or one that wants an AI build with a public track record, should look elsewhere.
Pros
- Publishes prices on its own site: projects from £3,500, most between £3,500 and £12,000, retainers from £950 a month
- A fixed delivery shape: audit, 14-day build sprint and a 90-day warranty
- Seven case studies with stated figures, such as client onboarding cut from 3 days to 4 hours at a 55-person law firm
- Built around the UK compliance regimes it names: SRA, FCA Consumer Duty, CQC and MTD ITSA
- Zapier Silver Solution Partner, verified on Zapier's directory, with 5.0 from five reviews there
Cons
- Very young and hard to verify: the company was incorporated in July 2026, every case study is anonymized, and no client is named anywhere.
- No profile on Clutch, Google, Trustpilot, G2 or DesignRush; the only reviews are five on Zapier's directory, all posted on 6 November 2025 and mostly unsigned.
- The HubSpot Solutions Partner status it advertises could not be found on HubSpot's public marketplace.
- Its price floor differs by source: £3,500 on its site, $2,500 in its Zapier profile text and a $500 minimum spend in the Zapier fields.
- The AI voice agent is a single service page with no case study.
