About The Automators

The Automators is a Calgary, Alberta firm founded in 2024 according to its own site, or 2025 according to Clutch. Three people are named: co-founder and CEO Jesse Goodwin, who runs operations; co-founder and CTO Chad Cox, whom the site credits with more than ten years of full-stack and IoT work and an MS in Data Analytics; and AI engineer Camilly Vianna. It sells six lines: AI agent development, "AI Operating Systems", AI marketing, AI consulting, AI training, and web and mobile development. Its workflow page says it builds primarily on self-hosted n8n, and it names Make, Zapier, Retell AI, Twilio, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and LangGraph among its tools. It covers Canadian and US cities and delivers remotely elsewhere.

It publishes its prices: automation projects from $3,000 at USD $125 an hour, with model usage billed separately. Its three case studies carry figures: an AI fashion assistant MVP for bobbie.ai with 2,000+ active users and 800+ paid subscribers, an AI HVAC system for mCloud Technologies reporting a 25% cut in HVAC energy use, and websites with AI SEO for 15+ local businesses. Google shows 5.0 from 9 reviews describing AI strategy, discovery calls and workflow automation by the two founders. The site also claims 50,000+ hours eliminated and 30+ businesses served, without attribution.

None of the three case studies is an automation, n8n or agent build, so the services the firm leads with rest on testimonials. The mCloud case study is undated, and for a firm this young the page does not show whether the work predates the company. The SEO figures have no period or baseline. Its Clutch profile has no reviews, there is no G2, DesignRush or Trustpilot profile, it is not listed in n8n's partner directory, and it claims no vendor credential.

Our verdict

The Automators suits a small North American business that wants self-hosted n8n workflows or an AI agent from a founder-led team at a published rate of $125 an hour.

The case for it is price transparency and range: prices on its own site from $3,000 a project, and a team that has shipped a mobile app MVP with 2,000+ active users and an HVAC system built on TensorFlow. Nine Google reviews at 5.0 describe the founders' strategy and automation work.

The caution is that the published work and the services sold do not line up. There is no automation, n8n or agent case study, the HVAC project is undated for a firm founded in 2024 or 2025, and the outside record is nine unverified Google reviews. The firm also sells voice, marketing, training and web development with a team Clutch puts at 2-9, so ask who would build your project.

A buyer who needs a listed n8n partner or a record of agent builds in production should look elsewhere.

Pros

  • Publishes prices on its own site: projects from $3,000 at USD $125 an hour, with model usage billed separately
  • 5.0 from 9 Google reviews describing AI strategy, discovery calls and workflow automation
  • A named case study with figures: bobbie.ai's AI fashion assistant MVP at 2,000+ active users and 800+ paid subscribers
  • Names its stack in detail, from self-hosted n8n and LangGraph to Retell AI, Twilio, Supabase and Pinecone

Cons

  • No published automation, n8n or agent case study: the three case studies are an app MVP, an HVAC system and a batch of websites.
  • Young and small: founded in 2024 or 2025, with 2-9 staff per Clutch and three people named.
  • The only outside reviews are 9 unverified Google reviews; its Clutch profile has none, and there is no G2 or Trustpilot profile.
  • Builds primarily on n8n yet is not listed in n8n's partner directory, and holds no vendor credential.
  • The mCloud Technologies case study is undated, so whether the firm or a founder at an earlier employer did the work cannot be confirmed.
