A new ranking this month, with 14 agencies, ten of them new to the directory. Ace Workflow, Nifty and Optimize IS take the first three positions. Every agency here shows as new because there was no Airtable ranking to move within in September.
What changed in October
Three things moved the rankings this month, and almost every change above traces to one of them.
The formula now lets a credential lift a score and never lower it. Until October a third-party credential such as ISO 27001 or a vendor partner tier was averaged into the composite, so an agency carrying a mid-weight certification could sit below where it would have sat with none. From 2 October, formula version 1.1.0, the credential component joins the blend only where it raises the result. Fifty-seven positions changed across the ten rankings when it was applied. Master of Code Global’s three rises, Flow Digital’s and Luhhu’s in Zapier & Make, and demandDrive’s in AI Sales are all this change. The methodology page carries the full formula and its version history.
Every third-party rating was re-read. On 2 October we opened all 83 Clutch, G2, DesignRush, Google, n8n and Airtable profiles cited on the site and recorded what each one showed. Twenty-two had a changed score or count, and three had moved to a new URL. Two of this month’s moves come from that pass alone: Xmethod’s Clutch count rising from eight to twelve, and LeanScale’s G2 count rising to 34. Google reviews now carry a weight of 0.3 against 1.0 for the other review sites, because anyone with a Google account can post one and Google marks them unverified.
Airtable Agencies is a new ranking. Fourteen agencies, four of them already listed elsewhere on the site and ten new. The Airtable partner directory is shown on each profile and never scored, since it is run by the vendor whose partners it lists, so the order rests on the five published criteria alone.
Submissions in September
Fifteen agencies asked to be listed in September. Five were listed, two of them on the condition that they claim the listing within 30 days, and ten were declined, most for having fewer than three outside reviews we could open and read. The stats page carries every decision, anonymized, with the reason.
What to watch in November
The ten new Airtable agencies have no verified ratings yet beyond the Airtable directory, so their order will move as outside evidence arrives. Two September listings are conditional, and both deadlines fall in October; a listing that is not claimed comes down, and the November snapshot will say so.
